Интрамурос (Intramuros)- это старейший  район, гордость, история и одна из самых главных достопримечательностей Манилы . Город внутри стен, который возвели для себя и своих сеией испанские конкистадоры в 16 веке. Каждый камень здесь хранит историю жизни, завоеваний, культуры тех веков. Суровый форт Сантьяго. надежно защищавший жителей, Манильский собор, церковь Святого Августина, расписанная итальянскими зодчими-одни из самых старейших католических храмов здесь. Невозможно словами описать ощущение,когда прикасаешься к истории. Это нужно увидеть и почувствовать. Интрамурос-это история, наследие и национальное достояние филиппинцев.
